Now, if you are living with your parents or with your sibling so how could that be possible when it appears on the utility bill or tenancy contract ? One of the instructions on the email is to update my address on my profile and send another proof of address with my name on it like a remittance document. Now, they sent me an email stating that they need to have a supporting document that indicates your name and your address. They need documents to verify your address and so I sent the tenancy contract of my sister where I live. This app is not giving exact instruction.
